Working with the entire team of Team Levine was amazing. Sharon who was so pleasant and connected me with Josh who became our realtor. There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for Josh. He was beyond patient with my toddler twins and so caring. He walked us through every step of the way. It was like he was also apart of our family. It makes total sense why it’s family run. There were multiple offers on every house and Josh was able to work his magic alongside my lender to get two of our offers accepted. I also got the pleasure to meet Steve who advised me during the house inspection on quite a few things since being a first time homebuyer is so overwhelming. He spoke to me as if I could’ve also been his daughter. During the final walkthrough of the house we chose to purchase, Josh quickly discovered an issue with the heat/hot water and low water pressure in the showers and issues with some of the windows within minutes of entering the house. He immediately contacted our attorney and went back during closing to make sure all repairs were completed and in good working order as we were at the closing table. He even left us gifts since he wouldn’t be able to make it to the closing. Thank you so much Josh, Sharon and Steve! We love our new home and couldn’t have done it without all of you!
